Understanding how reflex points influence the body’s natural balance

Many people experience stress, tension, or discomfort in their body but aren’t sure where it’s coming from. The nervous system plays a central role in how the body holds and releases that tension.

Reflexology works by applying pressure to specific points in the feet, hands, or ears.

These points are connected to nerve pathways throughout the body. When these areas are stimulated, signals travel through the nervous system and can help the body shift out of a tense state.

This process is not about forcing change. Instead, it helps the body recognize where it is holding patterns of tension and allows those patterns to begin releasing naturally.

Clients often notice a sense of calm or clarity after a session. This is the nervous system moving toward a more balanced state.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in stress or tension, reflexology may offer a way to help your body reset.
